Management
The professional figure that manages an ALST is the Alliance Executive.
The responsibilities of an ALST manager are to find a project/investment, define the strategy, find the ideal partner for an alliance, define the contract relations and manage the whole operation.
The team (cross team) of the ALST manager is built of cross managers: professional figures that are capable to work within the various ALST partner companies.
